Die ske stadi bleh la..Makin nak dkat ekzem mkn mnjadi2 kemalasan ni. Tatau la pesal. Mebi sbb byk sgt nak dibace n nak diHAPAL. Lelagi ‘Pemakanan Lanjutan’..bepuluh vitamin2 + mikromineral + makromineral + ultratrace mineral yg kene tau. Eh, silap2 bkn stakat kene tau kene kaitkan (if vtamin n mineral tu mnjlnkan fungsi besame). Dah bace aritu, tp 1 bende pon aku tak igt sbb sgt byk. Sme bcampor. Seb bek paper ni 14 aribln.

Smalam da try utk stadi bsungguh2..tp dpt betahan 1 jam je..pastu bosan dah n saket pale. Setelah browse tenet n bejalan2 ke kafe, baru la mood tu dtg blk. Tu pon skjap je. Tak smpai sejam. Da macam simptom adult ADHD plak ( chronic boredom, difficulty concentrating when reading, mood swings, depression, antisocial, unable to be alone etc.)

Y so ‘dengki’ ngan starbucks n coffee2 yg ’sewaktu dgnnye’? Really2 tak paham la. Ade pulak yg kate, starbucks not halal bcoz die sapot/sokong Israel. Ape2 je la..aku tak berniat cenggitu lgpon. flat belly is about food and attitude. Period. (Not a single crunch required). Found dis website kat yahoo. Promote bku ekceli, tp ade jugakla sket2 info die ltak kat sane. I can say, dis book focus pade diet je. Target group plak sah2 la  ‘body-conscious’ gals out there (walopon die state ‘health-conscious’). Die juge kate, eksesais is ‘optional’ n results may vary.

…kalo nak perut yang ‘toned’ better la buat crunch…

Suppose, die kne tkankan juge eksesais tu (especially kardio). Sbb energy expenditure mesti same or lebih dari energy intake. Baru la result mmuaskan. Pasal tak perlu crunch tu..boley je, cme kalo nak prut yg ‘toned’ better la buat crunch (tp teknik kne btol) sbb crunch ni stimulate muscle kat area tu. Kalo tak buat, all u get is just belly yg flat n plain.

Lastly, jgn la malas2 nak eksesais, byk benefit nye. Walopon buku diet yg dipromote tu suro mkn MUFA @ every meal utk tingkatkan HDL, the most berkesan way utk tingkatkan HDL adelah eksesais. Plus, jantung lebey kuat, sistem imun bdn lebey bek n awet muda. N like i said dlm post yg lpas3, niat eksesais tu kne btol, utk jage ksihatan. Body figure yg cantek tu just bonus je.

Im back~~ Gone for..1..2..3..4 days. Gi knduri kawen anak kpd our babysitter. Igtkan meriah..tapi hambar je. So, rase rugi lak escape klas sabtu ritu.. huhu. Yg tak rugi, mkn free, wyg free, nak blk pon dpt dwet lagi.hehehe.Lg 1…yang plg best, dpt ngk GOSSIP GIRL season  2.  Stadi? Jauh skali.. Dis sem tak target tggi. Tak kesah la org len nak dean’s list ke ape. Btol2 bosan ngan kos ni, U ni, n lctrr2 kos ni..Kerek gile. Utk sape2 yg ade adek yg baru nak masuk U tu. Takyah la masuk UKM espclly kalo nak amek kos ni..haha

Blom lagi tu..MAYBE next sem, “posting” di sane. Sebulan (lebey sikit la) rindu kat Scotty, Xieyra, Yana n Huhu_Sakura..hehe. Igt nak same ngan Scotty @ Sg Buloh, tp dsbbkan tgh duk sblah Scotty mase Dr.S tgh tntukan tmpat…takpat la same (die tak bg partners/besfren kat ospital yg same). So i dcide utk balik Johor n stay with Kal Shirota (nue name..hehe).

Ptg tu cme tau skeeet je, about clothing n 1 jnis keje yg akn dibuat kat sane.Sdih je dnga psl clothing ni. Tabley pkai baju kaler..even black! Must b white..Stripes pon tabley,apetah lagi polka dots. Suar plak black ONLY. Shoes? MUST BE comfy, bttutup..ala2 sports nye la..Y? Sbb ktorang kne tolak troli yg mmbawe px’s food & agihkan kpd dorang. Keje2 len, akan diketahui b4 next sem start.
Duk cite2 ni..lpe lak. Keje2 ni sme kat kitchen ospital tu la.Tatau camne rupe HSAJB nye kitchen ni. Harap2 just nice n tade aroma2 yg memualkan..(hehe..aku ni sensitip sket bab2 kitchen). Mase da plih HSAJB ni, tlupe lak nak piker psl env kitchen yg best. Tak lame pas plih tu..abg nizam pn ckp, “serdang nye cantek”. Kalo die ckp awal2, da mntak da nak same ospital ngan Xieya..huhuhu. Tp takpela, duk JB, dkat sket kalo nak blk2 umah bile2 free (nak sdapkan ati..hehe). Lgpn lebey kurg sebulan je.
So, kene survive & adapt la ngan nue environment n nue people. Cant wait till next sem..Mcm menarik..hehehe

Huh,die tak dtg pon arini. Tatau la ade hal or sengaje (sah la sengaje lpas ape yg die da ckp kat kitorang smalam). Ape2 lah..yg pastinye, die mmg tade taste. Kunun sgt paham kanak2. Bground yg kitorang tukar (yg die sendiri approve tu), leh kate di’reject’ oleh lctrr2 len yg dtg. Dey said, kinda DULL. Elok2 da kalerful, die kate retro n suro tuka. Pakkal je aku tak mnjwp smule ni sme idea Dr.S tu. Kire bek jugak la aku ni kan..harhar.

Yg lctrr kat sini pon same gak snanye..tade TASTE. Font seboleh2 nak besa gaban cam dorang nye slide power point tu. HELLO~ ni website tau. Org nak bagi menarik. Font BESAR2 mcm CACAT je. Plus, kalo kite tenet pon, leh je nak content tu besar by clicking ctrl++. Pasal kaler dull tu, aku trime la. Tp tu pon sbnrnye ‘turut’ dsbbkan oleh “LCD  projector”. Kalo ngk kat pc or lptop, mmg just nice je da brightness n contrast.

Overall,mmg tak puas ati la ngn presentation ni. N i really hate dis assignment just becoz no FREEDOM. Sme nak ikot kpale dorang..Busan3.Kalo aku tau jadik camni, tak usik 1 bnde pon smalam. Wat pnat stay up smpai pagi n harapkan si S tu dtg n boleh backup kitorang,tapi…HAMPEH.

Takpat watpe..Pape pon thanx to ol grp member espclly cea n ynty yg stay up smpai abes 4 botol yakult last nite..haha

Ptg tadi jmpe Dr.S ( a she). Nak tnjuk die webste n pamplet yg ktorang da buat utk prizen sok. Mmg da agak da die tak puas ati pnye ngan our keje. Siap kutuk2 lak tu n brag mase die blaja kat US dolu, die kate die buat lagi cantek dpd kitorang nye. N die kate tak nmpak pon effort. Padehal aku da siap buat 3 jnis template utk web tu. Mcm2 html code aku try. N kalo bole nak keep it simple but nice. Lagipon, klas dreamweaver ktorang skali je (kalo tak silap) n kitorang ni bukannye dak IT.
Oke,our website is about pediatric cancer. Pediatric..kanak-kanak,kaler besenye kalerful la kan? Tapi b/ground kalerful yg ktorang buat, die tak ske (die mmg cakap TAK SUKE) n katenye retro..Ok..fine.

Smpat la plak nak buat kan.Sume la die tak suke n die kate “Saye malu nak mengaku jadi penyelia awak”. Sentap gile..My grupmet “Y” da brubah mke.
Sme yg dbuat ktorang buat yg terbaik. Dsbbkan lack of skill kat bidang ni, takpat la buat yg mantap2. Stakat len dpd grup2 yg len pon just nice la. So,sok almost all pnyelia akn dtg ngk hasil keje sme grup. Rasenye lctrr len dun give a damn pon pasal layout. Asalkan nice mata memandang. Lagipon “…emphasis is on content” -Dr. Suzana.
So,mebi i have to stay up very late sbb byk keje2 ngedit perlu dilakukan. huhu..Dpt tuka button2 pon jadik la..Hopefully, dpt komen2 yg sjuk tlinge mndngar from other lecturers 2moro~

Suppose dis wik is stadi wik,tapi byk lak klas ganti. Tmasuk la klas kitorang with PM Zulkifli Abd Kadir. Klas ni spesel sket sbb buat kat uitm s.alam. Die ajar ” Senaman Untuk Kecergasan” tu gmba die kat bwh..

1st impression..WOW..nmpak mde,smart n mntap..hehe. Guess wut? His actual age is 48. Tu sme sbb die byk amalkan ape yg die blajar spnjang idup die (eksesais of coz..). Baanyak gile info yg die bg n for me..it’s too much plus aku pon tak brape phm bahase org2 sport sc ni. Tp anggukkan aje la.hehe..Tapi best la die bg lecture..lawak gile2 n sporting..(tak macam lctrr DIET ktorang yg EMO & MCM BEST SGT JE.
10 minit b4 4pm, abes die bg lcture n kitorang masuk gym. Die ajar la sket2 ‘brg’ yg basic n smple to handle. Gmba die ngan abg jep tu, die ajar pasal..em..tak igt ape istilahnye..tapi lebey kurg camni la..slagi kte tak btol2 rase tak larat..keep on going. Abg jep da smpot2 da masetu..ngeh2. Sian lak ngk.

Haa..yg ni plak,push up la kan. Same je ksannye ngan angkat brat mcm yg abg jep buat. Tp yg ni kalo tade gym/tak mau gi gym tapi still mau bg bdn mantap (gals) & dada besar (men),leh buat push up je. Tp die add ball tu nak bg eksesais tu more interesting. Dsbbkan die mmg fit, die siap ltak bban yg hampir 40 kg ats bdn blakang die smbil wat push up tu..Maantaaap~~ Tapi bile die bgn, gile merah mate die..haha
Da abes sesi kat gym,ktorang msuk blk blik td n die ajar da right way utk keep abs mantap. Katenye,kalo buat ttiap hari..abs mmg kuat la & tak buncit spnjang idop (ni la yg buat all my classmates beseri2 mke). Tp dolu blaja ngan Pn. Eliza,die kate no eksesais for specific body parts. I think,

Prof tu lpe nak mention smula psl kardio tadi. Sbb bile buat crunch style prof tu, mmg la stimulate muscle tu..tapi lmak2 yg tkumpul kat area tu only leh di’selesaikan’ melalui kardio..(in my opinion la).
Pape pon,sronok la sbb dpt byk gile info about eksesais. Psanan Prof, msti ade ilmu utk buat sme ni. Ye la, kalo kite have no idea y we do such exercise..kte akan tsilap teknik n no health benefit pade kte. Lg 1, yang plg PENTING, niat tu. Main reason kte eksesais sbb nak jage ksihatan. Slim,body chantek sme tu..just ‘bonus’ from it. Tp ade ke yg pk camni? Aku ye la..hehehehe
